If we respond from a place of love for ourselves, then the truth is that you are love and will overcome fears if you choose to. Recognize the places in which you hold fear and make the decision to acknowledge it. Some fears exist to protect us, and others are caused by the unknown.
Phobias are sometimes something we have to acknowledge and address on our own.
What do you do when circumstances arise that do not align with your ideal scenario? Saying "no" when something does not feel right is one way to get by. You can also avoid setting yourself too high if you are unsure.
But by choosing to harmonize your heart and mind with the reality you see and feel, you can choose how you want to be and what you want to do and not do. When you have depth and alternative perspectives, why restrict yourself to just one version of yourself?
Looking back and learning and taking the steps forward to not give up or give in simply evaluate from a place of unconditional love.
